By Jose Luis Cruz: On Saturday night, Breaking Belize News (BBN) reported that there was a shooting in Belize City and that the victim, Mark Usher Jr., was shot in front of his home.
By the time police arrived on the scene, Usher had already been transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) where he was listed in critical conditions.
Confirmed reports to BBN is that Usher died late on Saturday night while receiving treatment at the KHMH.
According to the police, Usher had just arrived home when he was shot by an individual on bicycle. After firing multiple shots at Usher, the shooter made good his escape.
