By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, Mark Rоlаnd О’Вrіеn “ОВ”, the UDP’s Standard Bearer for Cayo Central was sworn in as Senator. He was recently appointed by the Leader of the Opposition, Moses ‘Shyne’ Barrow and is attending his first Senate meeting today.
