By Aaron Humes: A Benque Viejo woman is seeking a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend after he allegedly lured her to his residence, forced himself on her, then threatened her freedom of movement by restraining her from leaving.
The woman told police she had agreed to meet with her ex as he requested before they went their separate ways; they had been together for six months.
The complainant said the accused picked her up from work, took her to his apartment to talk, then to another residence on Carmen Street in Benque Viejo where their talk continued. She says she had decided she had heard enough from him and attempted to leave, but he held her back.
The complainant further reported that her ex threw her on the bed, threw himself on her and began touching her inappropriately. She pushed him away and he demanded they stay friends, or he would not let her leave and go back to work. She agreed, but only, she told police, because she wanted to get out as soon as possible. She did so and returned to work, keeping silent about her ordeal.
Police have not indicated if any criminal charges will be brought, but the complainant wants the matter on record to ensure her ex remains an ex.
