Around 12:50 p.m., officers on Lakeland Avenue observed a man riding a SkyGo SG-125 motorcycle without a helmet. The rider was stopped and asked to present his driver’s license. He reportedly told police he had none and claimed to only possess a learner’s permit, which he could not produce.

Later that day, the Police formally arrested and charged Valerio for driving a motor vehicle without a Belize driver’s license, using a motor vehicle not covered by third-party insurance, and driving an unlicensed motor vehicle.
