By Aaron Humes: Police have one person detained while they investigate the alleged rape of a 13-year-old female in northern Belize.
On Tuesday, December 9, the female, accompanied by her mother, visited the police station and reported that on Monday, December 8, her 21-year-old uncle forcibly had sexual relations with her.
Police investigation continues.
