Her extensive background spans over 20 years in management, leadership, quality management processes, entrepreneurship, and consulting across various industries, including service and health. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with honors, and has received two honorary doctorates for her exceptional contributions. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, further strengthening her ability to support others on their journey to fulfillment.
Rivas de Che is deeply passionate about women’s empowerment and has played a vital role in the development of the Women and MSMEs Agenda, a regional program aimed at advancing women’s entrepreneurship in collaboration with CENPROMYPE and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. She has also delivered numerous leadership and emotional intelligence conferences on both national and international stages.
Certified as a Motivational Speaker, Business Advisor, and Trainer of Trainers, Rivas de Che brings a wealth of experience to her work. She has also contributed to academic development through teaching and facilitating courses at institutions such as the UPRIGHT Professional Development Training Center and Rivas Consulting.
