By Zoila Palma: Today, the United Democratic Party (UDP) and Parliamentarian Caucus joins in extending both warm and sincere congratulations to Prime Minister-elect Dr. Godwin Friday.
The UDP also extended congratulations to their sister party, the New Democratic Party (NDP), on their historic victory at the polls in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
“This result reflects the confidence of the Vincentian people and a mandate for principled leadership, good governance, and national progress. We wish you wisdom, strength, and every success as you prepare to assume the responsibilities of high office,” Leader of the Opposition Tracy Panton said.
“The UDP looks forward to continued collaboration through our shared democratic ideals and our wider Caribbean partnerships via the Caribbean Democrat Union (CDU), as we work together for stability, opportunity, and prosperity across the region.
