Lake I, Hattieville United Youth Sporting Club win in William Dawson Peace Cup on Saturday in Belize City

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Lake I dropped the Sandhill Warriors 3-0 in the first match of three in the William Dawson Peace Cup at the MCC Grounds in Belize City, according to the report by the Leadership Intervention Unit’s Sherlette O’Brien.

Peter Morgan opened hostilities in the 39^th minute. Hubert Baptist made it 2-0 in the 50^th minute and Lawrence Leslie closed off the game with his strike in the 71^st.

Stars Academy play against Caesar Ridge in the second match. The third game between Ebony Lake and Fort George kicks off at 2:00 pm.

Over at the Albert Hoy Field, the Hattieville United Youth Sporting Club beat West Lake 1-0 in the first game of the day.

Lebron Robinson scored the only goal of the match in the 33^rd minute.

Tut Bay play the second game against Kelly Street. Port Loyola close against the Survivors United in the final game at 2:00 pm.
