By Aaron Humes: Police are investigating the robbery of an International Airport-based customer service worker and resident of Ladyville, Belize District.
According to the complainant, she was walking on Marage Road on her way to work when she noticed a dark-skinned man, medium-built, about 6 feet tall and wearing a white in color t-shirt with a green traffic vest, blue jeans, and a navy blue cap and a white cloth rag covering his mouth only. The suspect was standing in front of a gate, and as she got in front of the gate, he approached her and pointed a black-colored firearm at her and demanded that she hand over her belongings.
He managed to take away her fuchsia-colored wallet containing her Social Security Card, Heritage Bank debit card and work identification card. He then rode on a bicycle in the direction of Milpa area, made a left turn on Egbert Quilter Avenue and escaped.
