Labour Department’s Public Service Employment Unit conducts series of job preparedness trainings

The team has been conducting a series of back-to-back training sessions across the country.

The sessions focus on crucial aspects such as job preparedness, understanding employer expectations, and instilling the importance of work ethics.

 These efforts are not just about finding jobs; they are about empowering individuals with the skills and mindset required to thrive in the ever-evolving professional field.

The training sessions are led by Employment Officer’s: Ms. Cattouse, Ms. Moody, Ms. Perla, and Mr. Ramos.

 The team has been committed to providing participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in their chosen fields.

In addition, the team has set up mini booth displays in open parks.

This innovative approach brings labour education directly to the public, breaking down barriers and making crucial information accessible to all.
