By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Queen of the Bay San Ignacio and Santa Elena Tinaya Castillo is hosting a candlelight vigil in memory of Tamisha Jeal.
The vigil will commence at the Santa Elena Roundabout and go to Carillo Puerto Avenue.
Please bring your own candle, as we gather to light up the night in her honor.
