By Zoila Palma: The Belize Forest Department is inviting everyone to join in celebration of International Day of Forests 2026 with a Symposium and booth fair.
The event will be held under the theme “Forests and Economies”.
The event will be held on March 20, 2026 at the Ministry of Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Solid Waste Management Grounds from 9am to 2pm.
“Come out and explore how forests support livelihoods, strengthen economies, and sustain our future. Engage with experts, visit interactive booths, and be part of the conversation on building a greener tomorrow” the Belize Forest Department said.
