By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Police recovered an assortment of fireworks during an operation carried out in Orange Walk Town on Monday night.
Officials reported that at approximately 9:45 p.m., police acted on information received and conducted checks in the area. During the search, officers located a black plastic bag containing fireworks.
The seized items were subsequently transferred to the Customs and Excise Department, where they were officially received and recorded.
Police said the recovery was properly documented and that the matter is now being handled by the appropriate authorities.
