By BBN Staff: Police have arrested and charged Hillview resident Vilder Edilson Suarez who had been in custody on March 15, 2025.
Just after 6:30 pm, a police corporal went for a prisoner from the cell block and left the cell unlocked.
Suarez who had been initially detained for theft exited the cell block and jumped the fence.
He was later caught by police and brought back to the station.
He is detained pending the charges.
