Whiley was last seen on Monday, July 7, 2025.
She is of Garifuna descent, with dark complexion, medium built and about 5’3″ in height.
Whiley was last seen wearing a black thin strap blouse and a black tiger print leggings.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 922, use the P3 app, or report to the nearest police station.
