By Aaron Humes: A Belize City man found with a bolt cutter by police early on Tuesday morning has been charged with “going equipped for stealing.”
25-year-old Joshua Camal, a resident of Hattieville, Belize District, was found in the Gibnut Street area by police responding to a report of attempted burglary.
