By Horace Palacio: Gun violence has once again rocked Belize City, as reports confirm that Leon Gray was shot near the Princess Hotel and Casino early this morning.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported Gray to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. The severity of his injuries has not been disclosed, and police are actively working to piece together the circumstances leading up to the attack.
While no suspect has been named, police are appealing to the public for any information that could assist in their investigation. Residents are urged to remain vigilant as authorities work to prevent further acts of violence in the city.
