By Zoila Palma: The Government of Belize, via the Ministry responsible for Gaming reminds the public that operating a gaming business or gaming slot machine, casino table game, or conducting poker operations without a license is a serious, punishable offense as per the Gambling Prevention Act and the Gaming Control Act.
The Ministry urges all current participants in these activities to immediately cease and desist from the continuation of their illegal activities.
You are urged to contact the Ministry of Investment if there is any information on illegal gaming activities.
