Gaming Control Board NOTICE: Illegal Online Gaming

The Government of Belize has recently discovered that several online gaming websites are claiming to have an online gaming license from Belize. The Ministry of Investment advises the internet community and public that Belize currently has a moratorium on online gaming licenses.

With the moratorium, there are no online gaming companies licensed to operate from Belize.  Additionally, no licenses will be issued, until further notice.

All entities that claim to have an online gaming license from Belize must immediately cease and desist since their operations are clandestine and illegal. The Ministry asks all internet users to refrain from doing business with these companies.
