By Zoila Palma: On Friday, September 19, 2025, Galen University students joined Sylvia Batty, Director of Student Affairs, and Dr. Sylvia Cattouse, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship, at a Ministry of Foreign Affairs lecture series in Belize City.
The session, held at the Lord Ashcroft Convention Center, featured Albert Ramdin, Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), who spoke on “Mobilizing Financing for Hemispheric Security.”
The dialogue highlighted the importance of regional unity in addressing pressing security challenges.
