By Aaron Humes: Belize City continues to experience an unplanned power outage.

According to the Belize Electricity Limited (BEL) team, the restoration is now expected to be completed by 12 noon today, Tuesday. The delay was caused by unforeseen issues encountered while replacing a broken utility pole that carries transmission power lines.

BEL officials apologize for the inconvenience and assure residents that they are working diligently to restore power as quickly as possible.
