Four families receive keys to new homes from Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing

By Zoila Palma:  Four more Belizean families received the keys to their new homes from the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing (MIDH).

Among the recipients was an 80-year-old man, a powerful reminder of the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing’s pledge to provide every citizen—regardless of age—a safe and dignified place to call home.

The housing program, aimed at supporting vulnerable and low-income families, continues to transform lives across the country by offering access to stable, permanent housing.

“This house means a new start in my life,” one new homeowner shared.

The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to expanding access to affordable housing.
