Forecast: Rainy weekend ahead

Today will feature sunny skies with a few cloudy spells, becoming cloudy at times tonight. This morning, a few showers and thunderstorms are expected to affect mainly the northern coast, decreasing by mid-morning.

Elsewhere, isolated showers or thunderstorms may occur today.

Tonight, a few showers or thunderstorms are anticipated across the country, particularly along the coast.

The Belmopan City Council has since urged residents to take the necessary precautions and measures to ensure their safety and the safety of their families.
