By Breaking Belize News Staff: Robert Vincent Lizama, a 31-year-old fisherman from North Front Street, Belize City, has been granted bail of $700 following his arraignment on a charge of harm.
Lizama, represented by Senior Counsel Hubert Elrington, appeared before a Senior Magistrate in Court #2, where he pleaded not guilty to allegations that he intentionally and unlawfully caused harm to a woman on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
With no objection from the prosecution, the court offered Lizama bail under the condition that he avoids any interference with the complainant or her family and remains at least 50 feet away from her.
Lizama’s next court appearance is scheduled for January 14, 2024.
