By Aaron Humes: In an update to our report on a shooting incident at Los Lagos outside Ladyville, Belize District tonight, reports indicate that an individual, later identified as Marcus Miranda, was shot multiple times and rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) for emergency treatment.
The incident occurred around 9:10 PM, but by 9:43 PM, police confirmed that Marcus Miranda succumbed to his injuries.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation as police investigators work to gather more details. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to come forward to aid in their investigation.
