By Horace Palacio: Belizeans can expect another warm and mostly dry day across the country as fair weather continues to prevail.
According to the National Meteorological Service, today will be mostly sunny, with only isolated showers expected. Tonight will be partly cloudy, continuing the stretch of dry, stable conditions. No significant changes are forecast for Sunday and Sunday night.
Inland temperatures will reach a sweltering 95°F (35°C) today, while coastal areas can expect highs around 88°F (31°C). Mountainous regions will remain cooler with highs of 80°F (27°C).
Winds will be coming from the east at 5-15 knots, producing choppy sea conditions and wave heights between 3 to 5 feet.
Tide schedules show a low tide at 7:40 AM, a high tide at 2:06 PM, and another low tide at 10:05 PM. Sunset this evening is at 6:13 PM, and tomorrow’s sunrise will be at 5:25 AM.
With stable weather and warm temperatures expected to continue into Sunday, it’s an ideal weekend for outdoor plans—just remember to stay hydrated, especially inland.
