By Horace Palacio: Belizeans can expect a day of mostly fair weather, with only isolated showers along the southern coast. The general forecast indicates variably cloudy skies throughout the day, but rainfall is expected to be minimal, allowing for a comfortable and dry day across most regions.
Temperatures will be pleasantly warm, with highs reaching 87°F (31°C) inland and 83°F (28°C) along the coast. In the hills, temperatures will be slightly cooler, hovering around 72°F (22°C) during the day and dipping to 61°F (16°C) at night.
Marine conditions, however, may pose some challenges, particularly for small craft operators. Winds from the north-northeast will be gusty at 10-20 knots, causing moderate to rough sea conditions with waves between 4-7 feet. A Small Craft Caution remains in effect, urging boaters and fishermen to navigate with care.
Looking ahead to Wednesday and Wednesday night, fair and mostly dry weather will persist, with little to no rainfall anticipated. Belizeans can enjoy the warmth of the season without interruption, making it an ideal day for outdoor activities.
