By Breaking Belize News Staff: Fair and warm conditions dominate Belize’s weather pattern today, according to the morning forecast issued at 6:01 a.m.
The public can expect mostly sunny skies with isolated showers and clear skies tonight. Mariners should note light east winds between 5 and 15 knots, with slight seas and wave heights of 1 to 3 feet.
High temperatures will soar inland to 96 °F (36 °C), with coastal areas reaching 90 °F (32 °C) and the hills staying cooler at 84 °F (29 °C). Overnight lows will dip to 75 °F (24 °C) inland, 84 °F (29 °C) along the coast, and 68 °F (20 °C) in elevated areas.
The tide chart shows a low at 1:14 p.m., followed by a high tide at 7:36 p.m. Another low occurs tonight at 11:26 p.m., with tomorrow’s high at 6:00 a.m. Sunrise this morning was at 5:38 a.m. and sunset will be at 6:05 p.m. The moon will rise at 2:26 p.m. today, with moonset at 1:33 a.m. tomorrow.
Forecasters also confirm no tropical cyclone activity is expected in the Atlantic over the next two days. Belizeans can therefore anticipate continued warm and stable conditions heading into midweek.
