

Galleria Continua / Habana will celebrate the opening of “Mientras el día no cierre” [As long as the day does not end], a group exhibition featuring works by Henry Crespo, Sergio Marrero, Andy Mendoza, Harold Ramírez, and Linet Sánchez. The exhibition opens to the public this Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 6:00pm, at the gallery’s location in Havana’s Barrio Chino (Chinatown).
GALLERIA CONTINUA / HABANA is located on Rayo 108, between Zanja and Dragones Avenues, Havana, Cuba.
Henry H. Crespo Enríquez (1988) currently lives and works in Havana. His training includes studies at the Rene Fraga School for Art Instructors in Matanzas, where he developed fundamental skills, and he later obtained his degree in Social Communication from Camilo Cienfuegos University, also in Matanzas, in 2014.
Sergio Marrero González (1988) currently teaches at the San Alejandro Academy of Fine Arts in the Department of Digital Art in Havana, Cuba. He holds a degree in Scenic Design from the School of Theatrical Arts at the Higher Institute of Art (ESUN); he is also a graduate of the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts in Havana, Cuba. His practice “revolves around a profound need to understand not only his own memories, but also the fundamental conditions of reality.”
Andy Mendoza del Castillo (1997) is an artist and DJ producer based in Havana, Cuba. His training includes studies in Visual Arts from the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts and Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA).
Harold Ramírez Veliz (1997) is a graduate of the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts and he currently studies Visual Arts at the University of the Arts [(Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA)] in Havana. His work often explores the boundaries between the geometric and the organic, and he is known for drawing and installation pieces.
Linet Sánchez (1989) works primarily in photography, sculpture and video. She is a
graduate of the Visual Arts program at the University of the Arts [(Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA)] in Havana, Cuba. Her artistic practice centers on meticulously handcrafted miniature architectural models, exploring memory, the built environment, and symbolic imagery. Through these fictional spaces, she examines the idea of “the unreliable narrator,” creating surreal yet tangible representations of psychological and collective memory.
