Galería Guatíbiri (in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico) presents Martín García-Rivera’s “Caprichos lorquianos, Macedonia y otras obras.” The exhibition of prints, drawings, and paintings will be on view from January 11 (at 7:00pm) to January 16, 2024.
As “All about Art” explains, this exhibition includes 6 engravings that won 1st prize at the Centro Federico García Lorca’s AIDA (Asociación Internacional «Duana de les Arts») “Hommage à trois” art contest. Also exhibited are engravings that received a Certificate of Honor at the 1st International Biennial of Miniature Art—Graphics and Drawings in Bitola, North Macedonia (2023).
In addition, recently created drawings and paintings centering on the artist’s personal mythologies of ancestral content will be exhibited for viewing and purchase.
