By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): The dates are officially set for one of the district’s growing celebrations. The Belize Tourism Industry Association (BTIA) Cayo Chapter has announced that the 2nd Annual El Cayo Festival will take place on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11, 2026.
Organizers say they are already hard at work planning an even bigger and better celebration for the festival’s second year. Visitors can look forward to two days filled with exciting events, competitions, entertainment, delicious food, local vendors, and much more.
Vendors who want to be part of the festival are encouraged to secure their space early. An early bird rate of $140 covers both days and is available from July 1 to September 1, 2026, giving local businesses and entrepreneurs an affordable way to reach the crowds expected over the weekend.
