By Breaking Belize News Staff: Eight gunshots rang out in the Las Flores area of the Garden City Friday sending residents scrambling and bringing police rushing to the scene.
What officers found when they arrived painted a grim and all too familiar picture. A male person, motionless inside a vehicle, the latest victim of gun violence in a city that has been shaken by a rising tide of deadly incidents.
Police are currently processing the crime scene and working to establish the identity of the victim and the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
No official details about motive or suspects have been released at this time.
