By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On December 4, 2024, Eden Seventh-day Adventist High School, located in Santa Elena, Cayo, celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of its long-awaited new auditorium.
With an enrollment of up to 678 students, Eden High School has seen significant growth over the years, and the addition of the auditorium marks a major milestone for the school community.
According to the school’s principal, Francisco Pivaral the new facility will provide a much-needed space for student recreation, events, and gatherings.
The auditorium will be conveniently located opposite the existing high school buildings, enhancing the school’s infrastructure and offering more opportunities for students to engage in extracurricular activities.
The auditorium is slated for completion by April 2025, and once finished, it will serve as a hub for school events, performances, and community activities.
