By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, Dr. Osmond Martinez, former CEO in the Ministry of Economic Development won in a landslide victory and is now the new Area Representative for Toledo East.
Dr. Martinez received the support of Prime Minister John Briceno and his colleagues during the campaign.
Today, Dr. Martinez issued a statement expressing gratitude to the residents of Toledo East.
“I am deeply grateful and humbled by your over- whelming support and trust in me during the by-election. Your belief in the People’s United Party and in my vision for our constituency means the world to me.
Together, we have shown that unity, hope, and determination can bring about positive change for our community. I promise to work tirelessly to represent each and every one of you with integrity, transparency, and dedication,” Dr. Martinez expressed.
“This victory is not just mine; it belongs to all of us who dream of a better, brighter future for Toledo East. I look forward to listening to your concerns, working on your behalf, and making our constituency a place we can all be proud to call home.
Thank you once again for your unwavering support. Let’s continue this journey together towards progress and prosperity for Toledo East,” he added.
