By Zoila Palma: Police in San Ignacio are investigating a double murder that occurred around 6am today near the Nazarene Primary School in San Ignacio.
Armed culprit/s reportedly shot and killed Special Constables Manuel Smith and Fidencia Osgalla.
SCs Smith and Osgalla worked for many years as Volunteer Special Constables with the Belize Police Department.
Most recently, SC Osgalla was working security at the San Ignacio market and SC Smith for the San Ignacio and Santa Elena Town council.
