The openings span the full range of hotel work: Plumber, Painter, Carpenter, Commis, Demi Chef, Chef de Partie, Houseman, Food and Beverage Server, Bar Supervisor, Spa Therapist, Dive Master, and Maintenance Technicians in both HVAC and Electronics.
General requirements include previous experience in a similar role as an asset, a valid Food Handler’s Certification where applicable, consistent attendance and punctuality, willingness to work assigned shifts including weekends and public holidays, clear communication with guests and team members, and adherence to hotel policies.
What makes this notable for Belizeans is the enhanced CARICOM free movement arrangement in effect between Belize, Dominica, Barbados, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, which allows nationals of these countries to live and work in each other’s territories without a work permit.
