Domestic worker, 62, finds her home vandalized in Trial Farm

By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): The Orange Walk Police Formation has launched an investigation into a case of damage to property in Trial Farm Village, following a report made by a resident on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

According to police, a 62-year-old domestic worker of Barracuda Street, Trial Farm, reported that around 4:30 p.m., she visited her wooden home measuring 20×28 feet with a zinc roof, located in the Black Water area of Trial Farm. Upon inspection, she discovered that a wooden louver window on the western side of the building had been broken, causing approximately $150 BZD in damage.

Police have since recorded her statement, and the damaged window is pending photographic documentation as part of the investigation. Authorities have also identified a person of interest, and follow-up actions are being carried out.

The investigation remains ongoing, and officers are encouraging residents in the area to report any suspicious activity that could help resolve the matter.
