By Aaron Humes: Dimitri Usher, 23, of Wood Street, Belize City, sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead on arrival on Sunday night at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.
Initial investigation by police revealed that at about 7:55 pm the victim was sitting on the steps of his apartment when an unknown male person walking from Constitution Park, approached the park’s fence next to where the victim was and fired several shots at the victim causing the fatal injuries.
Police are now investigating.
