Green Jersey Glory
Riding for Panamanian squad TaG Cycling, Chavarría capped off an outstanding week by winning the coveted Green Jersey as points leader. As he said, Derrick also finished 2nd in the U23 category and 6th overall in the general classification, proving his consistency across the eight demanding stages of the regional classic.

The final stage, a 77.2 km closed circuit in Barrio Bolívar, saw Chavarría place 3rd overall and first in U23, earning the decisive points to secure the Green Jersey.
