By Aaron Humes: Following the discovery of a body under the Belchina Bridge around 8:20 this morning, it has been identified as Elton Rhaburn, 33, of York Street, Belize City.
Hospital personnel reported that Rhaburn attended Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital on Friday and self-discharged around 10:23 p.m.
The body showed no sign of violence or injury and the cause of death remains under investigation.
