Moran was last seen on June 8, 2025 around 8:30 am.
He was last seen wearing a grey baseball cap, a grey T-shirt, and grey shorts.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 922, use the P3 app, or report to the nearest police station.
