By Zoila Palma: Today, Commissioner of Police Richard Rosado extended gratitude to all police officers for exercising great restraint in recent protests held by the UDP.
COMPOL Rosado said that even in the face of members and supporters breaching the agreement of the permit for protests, the police officers exercised great restraint.
In addition, COMPOL Rosado also explained that UDP stalwart Brian “Yellowman” Audinette was detained following concerns shared by members of the UDP that he was allegedly inciting violence at the protest on Wednesday in front of Social Security.
The UDP is today boycotting the Sitting of the House of Representatives in protest of BTL’s proposed acquisition of Smart.
