By Zoila Palma: The Civil Registry Department and Vital Statistics Unit (VSU) have announced that Civil Registry and Vital Statistics (CRVS) services are now available at all VSU offices across Belize.
Members of the public can access these services by visiting the VSU main office in Belize City or any of the district offices countrywide.
The department said the offices are available to assist the public with their CRVS-related requests while the online system remains temporarily unavailable.
The move is intended to ensure that people can continue accessing essential civil registry and vital statistics services during the ongoing technical assessment.
The online CRVS portal remains offline as the technical team continues its assessment of the system and carries out necessary security checks and validations.
The Civil Registry Department said it is working closely with the relevant technical teams and will provide further updates once online services have been fully restored.
