Belize won the bronze medal with an 85–72 victory over Guatemala on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the Gimnasio Nacional Teodoro Palacios Flores in Guatemala City. Nicaragua went on to win the gold medal with a 78–73 triumph over Panama. Both teams also advance to the Santo Domingo Games.
The Belize Basketball Federation (BBF) confirmed the qualification, stating:
