Those of you who have followed this blog for many years will remember that our dear collaborator Peter Jordens used to generously supply us with a meticulously researched list of conferences related to the Caribbean. Reminding us of Repeating Islands’ upcoming blogiversary on February 28, 2026 — 17 years, except for a short hiatus last year — he has compiled another valuable list that includes events that will take place between March and November 2026.
For those of you who are newcomers to Repeating Islands on the new platform (live since February 2025), the list is not meant as a compilation of conference announcements, but rather as an overview of topics that are relevant to the Caribbean region from a variety of scholarly/professional perspectives. The last time we shared one of Peter’s essential lists wasin 2024 for our 15th blogiversary.
