By Aaron Humes: Police are investigating a burglary that occurred at the Om Indian Restaurant on Saturday morning.
According to the 42-year-old owner of the restaurant, he secured the establishment around 9:30 PM on December 26, only to discover upon opening the next day at 9:00 AM that several items had gone missing. He informed the police that, upon inspecting the premises, he found the kitchen door on the northern side of the building ajar, along with a heat extraction fan removed from the western part.
The owner stated he would conduct a thorough check of his inventory and return to the police station to file a formal report on the stolen items.
Investigations continue. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
