Burglary reported at construction worker’s Antelope Street Extension residence

By Aaron Humes: Someone broke into the residence of a construction worker on Antelope Street Extension between 4 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Holy Saturday.

Police report that entry was likely gained by damaging a metal padlock on the east side of the plywood structure. Stolen were six sacks of assorted pint bottles with a value of $150; a pink Samsung phone valued at $300 and two Inco brand metal hammers valued at $48, for a total of $498.

Police continue their investigations.
