By Aaron Humes: Police are this morning alleged to have shot a man in Belize City.
The circumstances of the incident, which took place at Michael Finnegan Market on West Collet Canal, are still being ascertained, but the person was known to police and believed to be armed.
He was shot in the foot and Police are on the scene as an investigation begins.
