By Breaking Belize News Staff: Authorities are investigating a drowning incident reported this morning at the Macal River in San Ignacio.
According to initial reports, the body of the victim has been recovered from the river.
Police are currently on the scene as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
No further details have been released at this time.
