By Aaron Humes: Belize City residents are urged to kindly be on the lookout for Jesse Mejia and Hildebrandt Codd who just escaped from the precincts of the High Court.
Codd, 36, of Gibnut Street, Belize City, was to be given his verdict on a murder charge, while Mejia, 29, of Ladyville, was to be sentenced this morning on a double murder conviction.
Codd is five-foot-ten, 115 pounds, Kriol and light brown skinned and is believed to be affiliated with the George Street Gang. Mejia is five-foot-eight, 154 pounds, East Indian and a construction worker.
